short, dance/performance video, 2021

SHORT SYNOPSIS

Honorine Platzer is the name of the woman portrayed by the famous artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, disabled himself, in his famous painting “Woman in Monsieur Forest’s Garden”. All we know about this woman is her name. Who is she? The inclusive art groups of Artogether (Movement Improvisation Group, Drama Playgroup, Visual Art Group, Music-Τheatre Group), each one with their artistic language, answer this question, interpret the artwork with their own eyes and make new stories inspired by it. This dance/performance video presents the dialogue between the art groups and the portrait as well between the different forms of art.
